Home Screen Module Breakdown

Touchstore Rx Home Screen displays a Tip of the Day. 12 options are also displayed as detailed below:

Start Dispensing

• Start - By pressing the Start button the dispensary application will open and you can begin searching for patients

  

Backup Info

• By pressing the Backup Info button, details about the most up to date backup information for the store will be displayed.

  

  

Support Tickets

• By pressing the Support Tickets button, details about the most recent support tickets logged for the store will be displayed.

  

  

Contact Information & Office Opening Hours

• Contact Us - By pressing the Contact Us button, Touchstore's contact details will be displayed.

  

  

• Opening Hours - By pressing the Opening Hours button, Touchstore's opening hours will be displayed.

  

  

Customer Information

• Customer Info - By pressing the Customer Info button, the customer's detailed will be displayed, including the store's name, owner, phone number, address, GMS number and the software version of Touchstore Rx that they currently have.

  

SLA & EULA

• Touchstore SLA - By pressing the Touchstore SLA button, the Touchstore Service Level Agreement will be displayed. This can also be printed by pressing 'Print Version.

  

  

• EULA - By pressing the EULA button, the End User Level Agreement will be downloaded.

  

IPU & Claim Info

• Last IPU Upload - By pressing the Last IPU Upload button, the date of the last IPU file uploaded will be dislpayed.

  

• Last Claim Upload - By pressing the Last Claim Upload button, the date of the last claim uploaded to the PCRS will be dislpayed.

  

  

Touchstore Announcements

• Announcements - By pressing the Announcements button, any recent Touchstore announcements will be displayed.
