How to Power on 365 Handheld
- To power on the Handheld hold in the Power / Lock Button for a few seconds.

How to charge 365 Handheld
- Connect the Retail 365 Handheld cable to the following connection:

- Connect to a power socket until the battery icon at the top of the screen is fully white

How to Connect 365 Handheld to Wifi
- From the Wifi icon swipe down on the screen

- Press the highlighted arrow under the Wifi icon

- Press the Wifi Network you are connecting to

- Type in the password and press connect

- Press the Return key
until you are back on the Home Screen
How to Open and sign in to Retail 365 Handheld App
- Press the Retail 365 icon on the home screen

- Type in your username and password ( This should already be configured )

- Press Sign in
- Type in your staff pin and press Login In ( or enter button
)

- The name of the staff member signed in will appear on the Homepage

- To sign in as another staff member press the Staff Sign Out button
- There is an automatic sign out after 200 seconds of inactivity
- Press the Menu button to open the Menu options


How to complete a Stock Take on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Create a Stock Take on the Retail 365 Back Office first

- Once a Stock Take has been created you can begin scanning products

- There are two stock level options:
- Adjust Stock Level or
- Overwrite Stock Level ( This is the default )

- Press enter
or Save Quantities button - The following message will appear if you enter less than the quantity in stock

- The following message will appear if you enter more than the quantity in stock

- If you add a product that is not currently part of the Stock Take You will be asked if you want to add the product:

- Stock Takes need to be ended from the Retail 365 Back Office

How to Check the Price of a Product on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose the Price Check Option on the Retail 365 Handheld App Menu
- Scan the bar code of a product you would like to check

- The Retail Price of this product will be displayed

How to Create SEL's Print Run on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose Print Run from the Menu

- Press the Plus (+) button to create a new SEL Print Run
- You can change the description

- Press Start Print Run button or press enter

- Scan a bar code

- Add the quantity of SEL's you wish to print for that product

- Once you are finished adding to the SEL list press the Back button
or return

- You can now print the SEL's List on Retail 365 Back Office
How to Check in an order on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose Orders from the Menu

- Chose the Order you want to Check in

- Each Order displays:
- Order Number
- Order Supplier
- Number of Products in the Order
- Date and Time the Order was sent

- Once the Order is selected you will be asked to zeroise the received quantities. This option is available so that the user has to enter each quantity received.

- Once all products have been zeroised they will appear as Quantity Mismatch

- You can now begin scanning products and entering the quantity received

- Once the quantity has been entered press Save Product or press Enter
- The product that has been scanned and matches the quantity ordered will move to the bottom of the list and change colour
- Scan all products in the Order and add quantity received
- Once all products have been scanned enter in the Invoice No and press Complete Order

- A message will then be display that the Order has been checked in
How to Create an Ad Hoc Order on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose Orders from the Menu

- Press the Plus (+) button
to create a new order - Chose the Supplier you want to Order from

Press Ok or press Enter

You can now begin scanning Products

- Once you scan the Product Add the Quantity you wish to Order and press Add Product or press Enter
You can see the Product's Quantity in Stock when Ordering

- To delete a product from the Order Swipe the Product from Right to Left

- Once completed un-tick Do not transmit automatically if you want this order to be immediately sent to the Supplier
- Press Create Order

How to Check in a Stock Transfer on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose Stock Transfers from the Menu

How to Create a Stock Transfer on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Choose Stock Transfers from the Menu
- Press the Plus (+) button

- Two options are available:
- Ad-Hoc Transfer - This is the handheld specific ad-hoc stock transfer
- Standard Transfer - This is the back office standard stock transfer
- Choose the Store you are sending the Stock Transfer to
- Stock Transfers can be duplicated and sent to other stores from the Back Office Help on how to duplicate a Stock Transfer? See help file section Duplicate Stock Transfer
- Scan each product and add the quantity you wish to send
- Once completed, choose Create Transfer to send the transfer

How to Request Stock on Retail 365 Handheld App
- Chose Transfer Requests from the Menu
- Press the Plus (+) button
to create a new Transfer Request - Choose the Store you are requesting Stock from
- Scan each product and add the quantity you wish to request
- Once completed, choose Request Stock to send the stock request
