Hampers
This module allows us to set up hampers that you wish to sell in store
Step 1: Create a Hamper
- Login to Retail 365

Press on the 'Hampers' tile

Click on the button

The screen displayed below will then appear allowing you to enter the relevevant information for your new hamper
Please Note:
The parent store is the store which controls the Hamper
It is primarily useful for multi-store shops. If headoffice set themselves as the parent, then all of the local stores that they control will also see the hamper in their Hampers module
Only the parent store can make changes to a hamper

Click the button

The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the hamper has been created correctly

A new field will then appear at the bottom of the page

From here you can add all desired products to your hamper

In the 'Product' field, scan the barcode/enter the product name of the product that you wish to add

In the 'Quantity' field, enter the quantity of the product you would like to have in the hamper

Click the button

The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the product has been added to the hamper successfully

The screen will then update, with the product listed, as demonstrated below

From here you can add further products to the hamper

Please Note: You can add up to 99 products per hamper

When you are happy with your hamper proceed to step 2, 'How to print a barcode for a hamper'
Step 2: How to Print a Barcode for a Hamper
- Login to Retail 365

Press on the 'Print Labels' tile

Click the button
-
Enter the name of the hamper in the 'Description' field

Select "Hampers" from the "Print Labels For:" drop-down

Click the button
-
The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the print run has been created successfully

Click the button
-
A screen, similar to that displayed below, will appear

Enter the quantity of hamper labels you wish to print in the relevant 'Print Qty' field
Please Note: it may be useful to search for the respective hamper by name using the indicated search bar to speed up your search

Once satisfied with the hampers you have added to the print run, click

The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming the hampers have been added successfully

The screen will then update, with the hamper(s) listed, as demonstrated below

Once satisfied with the print run details, clcik the button

The window displayed below will appear
- Select the appropriate label sheet from the 'Choose Label' drop down
- If you wish to skip a number of labels on the sheet before printing, enter the quantity into the second field

Click the button

A seperate window will now automatically open in your browser, allowing you to print/view your barcode(s)

Click the printer icon, indicated in the image displayed above, to print the barcode(s)

The window will update allowing you to select the printer you wish to send the labels to and to print the labels using the indicated button

Once printed, click back to the original Retail 365 tab and click

Place the printed barcode on the hamper
N.B. A "Product Export" must be completed and applied to the till before the hamper will be scannable
Step 3: How to Sell the Hamper at the Till
Please Note: A "Product Export" must be completed and applied to the till BEFORE the hamper will be scannable
- Log onto the till

Scan the hamper barcode printed in step 2

The hamper name and price will appear in a manner similar to that displayed above
- Proceed with the sale as normal
How to Delete a Hamper
- Login to Retail 365

Press on the 'Hampers' tile

A screen displaying a list of previously created hampers will appear

Click the button beside the hamper you wish to delete

It may be useful to search for the respective hamper by name using the indicated search bar to speed up your search

The window displayed below will appear

To delete the hamper click
-
The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming the hamper has been deleted successfully
Please Note: A "Product Export" must be completed and applied to the till BEFORE the deleted hamper's barcode will no longer be scannable at the till
How to Edit a Hamper
Please Note: A hamper can ONLY be edited by the store that was marked as 'Parent Store' when creating the hamper
- Login to Retail 365

Press on the 'Hampers' tile

A screen displaying a list of previously created hampers will appear

Click the button beside the hamper you wish to edit

It may be useful to search for the respective hamper by name using the indicated search bar to speed up your search

A screen displaying the hamper information, similar to that displayed below, will appear

From here you can:
- Change the name of the hamper
- Change the price of the hamper
- Delete a product from the hamper by clicking the button beside the appropriate product
- Add a product to the hamper
- Change the quantity of a product in the hamper by entering the new quantity in the the "Qty" field beside the releant product

When you are happy with the changes you have made to your hamper, click the button

The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming the hamper information has been updated successfully
How to Create a Hamper from the Till
This can ONLY be performed at tills that have 'Hamper Hold' turned on in Epos Manager under Terminal Configuration

Scan all the items you'd like to have in the hamper

Press the button

The verification message, displayed below, will appear

Click "Yes" to create hamper

A confirmation message will then appear and the hamper's barcode will print

Click "OK"
-
A message will appear prompting you to perform a product export
This will make your hamper scannable on all tills if you have more than one

To sell the new hamper log onto the till again and scan the printed barcode
-
The hamper will be visible on Retail 365 in the Hampers module with the name 'POS BASKET X' where x is a figure corresponding to the number of hampers that have been created on the till

This name can be edited from the hampers module at any time
