On the Retail 365 Back Office home screen you will see the following tiles:
- Promotions: This will bring you to the Promotions module where you can view, create and delete various types of Promotions, Special Offers, "bounce back vouchers" and other promotional items.
- Product Updates: This will bring you to the Product Updates module which allows you to carry out changes to multiple products ranging from basic to complex and allows you to use Advanced Search functionality to target specific products based on various configurable filters.
- Hampers: This will bring you to the Hampers module where you can view
- Advanced Search: This will bring you to the Advanced Product Search module where you can carry out complex searches and updates to products based on various configurable filters.
- Reports: This will bring you to the Reports module where you can run, view and print reports based on product sales and ordering data.
- Config: This will bring you to the Configuration module where you can control various settings related to your system e.g. Store, Staff and Till settings; Stock Categories, Discounts, Suppliers etc...
- Price Updates: This will bring you to the Price Updates modules where you can carry out various pricing-related operations.
- End of Day: This will bring you to the End of Day module where you can view and reconcile Till Shifts.
- Lodgements: This will bring you to the Lodgements module where you can keep track of your Till Shifts and the lodgements of takings from those shifts that you have made to the bank.
- Orders: This will bring you to the Orders module where you can view, place and update orders to your suppliers.
- Stock Transfers: This will bring you to the Stock Transfers module where you can view, place and update Stock Transfers to and from stores within your retail group.
- Print Labels: This will bring you to the Print Labels module which allows you to generate and print batches ("runs") of Shelf Edge Labels for your store.
- Product Exports: This will bring you to the Product Exports module where you can export product data and send it to your Tills or your UNITECH handheld devices.
- Accounts: This will bring you to the Accounts module where you can view, create and work with your Credit Accounts and Loyalty Accounts.
- Stock Takes: This will bring you to the Stock Takes module where you can view, start and carry out Stock Takes in your store.
- Not on File: This will bring you to the Not on File module where you can handle products that were not recognised at the Till.
- Product Imports: This will bring you to the Product Imports module where you can carry out various data import tasks such as the IPU Upload.
- N.B. if you do not have permission to import product information, you will not see this tile when you are logged in
- Retail 365 Help File: This will bring you to the Help File that you are currently looking at!
How to log out of Retail 365
- If you need to log out of the store, press the Log Out button
- If you need to log out of the present user, press the refresh button in the browser
Simple Product Search
- Type into the search bar the name of the product and press enter

This search will pick up parts of the product name typed in e.g Pana 24; 24 Panadol; Panadol 24
Or
-
Type or scan into the search bar the barcode and press enter
This will display the Product Maintenance module and show you the General Info page for the selected product.
How to return to Home Screen
- Press the Retail 365 icon at the top left of the screen to return to the Home Screen. This option will be available from all modules
- If you have Retail 365 open on your Epos screen, the Retail 365 icon looks as follows:
Notifications
- To view your notifications, press the bell icon on the top right.
- This will display a list of all your current notifications.
- Clicking view will bring you to the contents of the notification.
