SEL Labels
To print Shelf Edge Labels from Retail 365 you can click the “Print Labels” tile from the Home Screen
Shelf Edge Labels (SELs) are printed from 365 in Print Runs
A Print Run allows you to select multiple products that need to be printed in batches. You can create multiple print runs at the same time and give each one a unique description so that you can easily locate the print run you want to print labels for. Once printed, the price run is archived and can be viewed / reprinted from the History page
Therefore to print SELs from 365 you must first create a Print Run and then add the products you wish to print SELs for to the print run we created
Step 1 - Create a Print Run
-
Begin by clicking the “Print Labels” tile from the Home Screen
-
The Print Runs tab will open automatically, displaying all previously created Print Runs that have not yet been printed
-
Click the 'Add a new Print Run' button
-
A screen similar to that displayed below will then appear
-
Enter a unique description for the Print Run in the Description Field and click the Save button
Please note that the 'Start Date' and 'Started By' fields are assigned automatically by the system using the current date and the pin entered by the user to access the backoffice

-
From here you can add products to the print Run individually or in bulk

To print the labels press the Print Labels button
- Choose the labels to print from the drop down options and press Print
- NOTE: The Promotion labels for displaying Was/Now information on Shelf Edge Labels will only print the information for that product if the product has been set up with a Special Offer price. It is not enough to have the product in a Promotion, it must have a Special Price in order for it to display the Was/Now price. If you choose "Promotion" only products with Special Prices will be displayed.
-
The labels will then open in a browser tab and you can print the labels from there
-
Please note that you must untick 'Fit to Page' in the printing settings on chrome
