Introduction to Product Management Tasks
To ensure your product information and pricing is kept up to date, Touchstore recommends you include the following steps in your pharmacy's monthly or weekly tasks.

1. Run the IPU File
- Open Claims Module and select each month available in the Claims Period dropdown
2. Review the New Products Pricing and Ordering Info
- Open Claims Module and select each month available in the Claims Period dropdown
3. Review the New Products and Create Relevant Product Links and Alerts
- Open Claims Module and select each month available in the Claims Period dropdown
4. Manage Products Created by Local Stores and Merge Products if Required ( i.e ULMs )
- Open Claims Module and select each month available in the Claims Period dropdown
5. Validate & Verify This Month's Scripts
- Open Claims Module and select each month available in the Claims Period dropdown
