Configuration

TouchStore Rx provides many options for configuring the system to function as you need.

Stock Categories

How Do I Create a New Stock Category

• Hit F8 or double click on the Stock Categories dropdown box from any screen

  

• To add a new Stock Category under at existing Level 1 category

  

• click on that Level 1 category and click on Insert

• Enter the name for the new Stock Category

  

• Hit Alt & C or click Close

• The Stock Category entered will now be available for selection.

To Edit an Existing Stock Category:

• Hit F8 or double click on the Stock Categories dropdown box from any screen

  

• Highlight the Stock Category name to edit

• Hit Alt & E or click Edit
• Edit the Stock Category name as required
• Hit Return twice when complete
• The updated Stock Category name will now be available for selection.

To Remove as Category:

• Hit F8 or double click on the Stock Categories dropdown box from any screen

  

• Highlight the Stock Category name to delete

• Hit Alt & D or click Delete.
• The deleted Stock Category name will no longer be available for selection.
• Note: You cannot delete a Stock Category if any products are linked to it

VAT Rates

• From the Patient tab, Click on the Config button
  
  
• Click on the VAT button
  
  
• The Maintain VAT screen will appear. All current VAT rates are displayed.
  
  
• Select the VAT rate you wish to edit and click Edit
  
  
  • Edit the VAT rate Description
  • Edit the VAT Rate. e.g. 21.50 = 21.5%
• Click Ok
• Click Close

The VAT rate selected is now updated on your system.
